- Email subject line should include the words “Guest Blog”.
- Send the guest post as an attachment. You can use word, Google docs or anything similar.
- Include a very brief bio at the end of the post with one link to your website / blog or other appropriate URL.
Note: We will review all submissions before publishing, and let you know within 8 days if your article has been accepted.

Here are some very important details you should know once you have submitted your guest post.
- If we accept and publish your article, it is then owned by Caredicat. This means you are not permitted to publish this article anywhere else online, including your own blog/website.
- We reserve the right to make edits to the guest post if we need to, and to decline articles without reason.
